Touring a $23M Home ‘Acqua Liana’ with Frank McKinney

I have chosen to intentionally surround myself with winners, achievers and those who think BIG! Frank McKinney is one of those folks and I always leave his presence feeling better than when I arrived!

I met Frank on a Maverick trip with Yanik Silver & his Maverick Business Adventures. I’d already read a few of his books (“Make it Big” & “Maverick Approach“). When I learned more about what he was doing with Caring House Project Foundation, I began to support that cause. Then when he sent me autographed copies of his three books being released simultaneously…the kids & I started family reading time every night to “Dead Fred & the Flying Lunchboxes” (“The Tap” & “Burst This” are also great!)

Well now, I had the chance to help raise funds again while also taking along a guest (a Mastermind member) who I wanted to meet Frank. Frank is a BIG giver, a BIG thinker and a BIG action taker. I thought you might want a sneak peek of how our day with Frank went…

Today I share the final W of the 4W’s on how to fill your stadium.  The first 3 W’s are: Want, Woo, Win and today I will share the final one which is to ‘Wow‘ your audience.

Our goal in any business is to not only attract clients and/or customers but to keep them and continue to provide a service that they not only enjoy but will tell others about.  So, yes you must Wow them.  You’re probably asking, ‘Carrie, how do I wow my audience?’ and I will share that with you.  Quite simply a great way to Wow your audience is to provide to them more than they expect.  Sounds easy enough, but you’d be surprised how many won’t do it!

In order to ‘Woo’ or romance your audience, you must build your audience.  It’s difficult to ‘Woo’ and empty stadium. There are several ways you can entice your audience and below are just a few examples: [Read more →]

Filling Your Stadium

We all want to fill our stadium or believe that we do, so what’s the problem?  Why are some successful and others not successful?

If you recall, I mentioned the 4W’s in one of my last posts.  If you have not read that post, go now and read it before continuing with this one.  Now that you are all caught up we will begin with the first W which is the ‘Want‘.

Getting To Know Your Audience

There’s a song in “The King & I” with Yul Brenner and Deborah Kerr — ‘Getting to know you, getting to know all about you. Getting to like you, getting to know you like me…’ — and I believe filling your stadium, building your fanbase and increasing your subscriber list is the same way.
